It was created by the initiative of its founding members on March 27, 2008, with the purpose of reducing social problems, improving the quality of life of the population, rebuilding the social fabric, promoting social, economic, environmental and cultural development, protecting the ecosystem and sustainable social welfare.
ONGDES a non-profit foundation with a management to serve hundreds of Head of Household Mothers.

As a non-profit entity of recognized suitability, the organization aims to: Formulate, present, manage, direct and implement plans, programs, projects and activities in the sectors: social, charity, education, health, health, culture, science and technology, environment and solidarity economy, of public interest provided for in the Sustainable Development Goals ODS of the UN, in the National and Sectional Development Plan, according to the level of the state entity, under the terms of Article 355 of the Political Constitution, that promote the right to education, peace, artistic, cultural and sports manifestations and Colombian ethnic diversity, that seek the general welfare, improve the quality of life of the population, reduce social problems, rebuild the social fabric, promote social, economic and cultural development and protect the ecosystem and sustainable social welfare.

ONGDES foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, charitable, educational, scientific purposes, the promotion of national or international amateur sports competition, and the prevention of cruelty to children and animals, pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
